Shipping and Delivery Policy

By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of an agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.


1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase.

If their non-availability of the product in stocks, Ring Binder Depot have the right to cancel the order and refund the money.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. Note that we will be offering free domestic shipping for orders above $25.


3. Delivery Terms

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 5 - 7 days. Orders are usually processed within 2 working days of order placement. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.


4. Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. You need to inform us via contacting customer care either through call or email at


5. Deliverable Postal codes Availability

Our courier services can revise their postal code services at any given point of time due to unavoidable circumstances. In this instance, our customer care team will get in touch with you for an alternate shipping address if possible. Ring Binder Depot holds the right to cancel the order in case of the provided pin code is non-serviceable.


6. Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and unexpected delay at transits.


7. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find the outer box of your parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.


8. Good & Service Tax

All the prices displayed on the checkout page is exclusive of any taxes. The final price including the taxes will be displayed at the checkout before making the payment.


9. Product Missing / Damaged Product

If there is a product missing / damaged during the delivery, then within 24 Hours you have to send us a video of the delivery package you received for proof within the email that you will be contacting us from.


10. Claim Settlement For lost in transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
